Intern (f/m/d) – Support in Training Management & Learning Development

Join our global team as an intern to support us in the field of Training Management & Learning Development.

Working arrangement

Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of global training activities (virtual & on‑site)
• Contribute to the creation and revision of training materials in German and English (e.g. PowerPoint presentations, videos, digital learning formats)
• Support the administration of our Learning Management System (e.g. course uploads, reporting, training assignments)
• Gain insights into innovative learning methods and modern Learning & Development concepts
• Be a student in any field of study, ideally business psychology, psychology, learning or instructional design, media pedagogy, or a comparable field – interest in learning, didactics, and training management is more important than the specific degree.
• Be confident using MS Office (especially PowerPoint); we are happy to teach you everything

Attributes & Skills

• Good English skills for working in an international environment; German is a plus
• Strong interest in training, learning, didactics, and digital learning formats and enjoy working in a team
• Strong communication skills, high motivation, and curiosity to further develop professional skills
• Work independently, ask questions, critically reflect on topics, and contribute your own ideas
• Interested in a working student position after the internship (in consultation with the department)
• Study regulations include an internship for at least about 5 months (≈750h); would like to gain practical experience
