Internship – Transformation Management (CTO Office) (f/m/d)

Join the heart of our transformation. As part of the CTO Office at CTS EVENTIM, you will work at the intersection of strategy, tech and change. Our Transformation Management Office (TMO) drives six parallel workstreams – and you’ll be right in the middle of it.

Your tasks – what to expect:

• Work closely with the TMO team to coordinate and support multiple transformation streams across the organization
• Take ownership of specific substreams – e.g. communication and change management efforts company-wide
• Join regular collaboration and problem-solving sessions with senior leadership
• Contribute ideas, structure information, and support in driving tangible outcomes

Your profile – what you bring:

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, structured working style
• First experience or high interest in transformation, change or program management
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders in a confident and professional manner
• You are fluent in English; German is a plus
