Interoperability Programs Manager

About the Position:

The Interoperability Programs Manager, GS- , provides planning and operations support to USEUCOM in the planning, coordination, management, and execution of USEUCOM's combined interoperability program/mission assurance branch. This posiiton is located in Stuttgart, Germany.

Specialized Experience:

One year of specialized experience which includes:

• 1) Providing planning or operational support for a combined interoperability program;
• 2) Developing theater policies and multinational agreements such as security and Interoperability memorandum of agreements (CIS-MOA);
• OR 3) provide policy and analytical advice for all phases of a communications security (COMSEC) interoperability and release program.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
