Job Responsibilities

• Compile, maintain, and verify the accuracy of article master data for inventory‑held materials in OCPLM and Oracle E1.
• Ensure complete and correct material, storage location, and disposition data in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and quality teams for new articles, changes, and clarification cases.
• Maintain and review inventory‑relevant parameters such as storage locations, reorder points, safety stock, and disposition data.
• Record, control, and analyze goods movements and inventory data in Oracle E1.
• Execute and support periodic inventory activities.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in collaboration with relevant functional areas.
• Assist production with material availability, storage location, and system‑side inventory operations.
• Create reports, data preparations for audits, financial audits, and operational decisions.
• Contribute to initiatives for inventory optimization, master‑data quality, and process improvement.

Key Success Factors

Ausbildung

• Completed commercial education, logistics/supply‑chain training, or a comparable qualification; alternatively a business degree with a focus on supply chain, logistics, or procurement.

Erfahrung

Early professional experience in inventory controls, stock management, master‑data management, purchasing, logistics, or supply chain is advantageous. Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle E1, and knowledge of OCPLM or comparable PLM or master‑data systems are beneficial.

Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

• Knowledge of cycle counting, permanent inventory, and analysis of inventory discrepancies.
• Proficient handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic AI literacy, especially responsible and efficient use of AI‑powered tools for analysis, documentation, and process support.
• Excellent German and good English skills in spoken and written communication.
