Inventory Management Process Champion (m/f/d)

In this role you design and continuously improve end-to-end inventory management for Raw Material, WIP, and finished goods, aligning with growth and strategic goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize buffer levels, reduce obsolete stock, and enable scalable processes. You’ll define KPIs, analyze data for leadership decisions, and ensure compliance and effective project delivery. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role shaping inventory strategy and execution through collaboration with BPR & DX teams.

• Design and continuously improve end-to-end inventory management for Raw Material, WIP, and FGI to maximize sales and minimize E&O
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure scalability and alignment with growth and strategic goals
• Develop processes to maintain and adjust buffer inventory based on stakeholder alignment and risk/opportunity assessment
• Provide tools and support for implementation with BPR & DX team
• Define, document, and maintain inventory processes, policies, and procedures
• Define KPIs and metrics to measure inventory performance
• Analyze data and provide insights to leadership for decision-making
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and regulatory standards
• Manage inventory-related projects and facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration

• Comprehensive experience in Supply Chain Operations and/or inventory management in a complex/global organization
• Data analysis capability and financial knowledge in inventory management
• Experience in formulating and deploying inventory management processes
• Experience implementing inventory management tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP EWM, or other ERP/WMS)
• Skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical abilities
• Excellent English communication across levels and teams
