Inventory & Replenishment Planner

• Own availability and service level performance at warehouse and channel level
• Analyze deviations and drive concrete improvement actions
• Steer allocation across warehouses and distribution channels
• Ensure stock availability where and when needed
• Track Value Added Services activities, prioritizing and escalating as needed with Logistics
• Validate Amazon Vendor orders for accurate and timely fulfillment
• Own root cause analysis on availability
• Prepare analysis for monthly Executive S&OP meetings and weekly alignment with B2B commercial stakeholders
• Contribute inventory health insights and execute optimization actions

Requirements

• You hold a degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a comparable field
• At least 2 years of experience in inventory, replenishment, supply planning, or a comparable data-focused role
• Data-driven approach to deriving insights and actionable recommendations related to availability and service levels
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Team-player attitude and hands-on mindset
• Comfortable prioritizing across competing demands
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Proactively drive topics forward
• Confident using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English and German
