Investment Analyst PERE

In this role you will evaluate and support real estate investments in a Düsseldorf-based private equity team. You will work on financial modelling, valuations, acquisitions, due diligence, and portfolio oversight, contributing to investment memoranda and committee materials. You’ll combine market research with transaction execution to help grow the real estate portfolio. This is an opportunity to shape investment decisions in a fast-moving real estate PE environment.

• Analyse real estate investment opportunities with financial modelling and valuations
• Support acquisitions, due diligence, and transaction execution
• Prepare investment memoranda and investment committee presentations
• Conduct market research and support portfolio management

• Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• Native-level or professional fluency in German and English
• Previous internship in investment banking or top-tier private equity
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Experience in real estate private equity, M&A, or real estate investment banking (desirable)
