Investment Analyst PERE

In this role you will evaluate and support real estate investments within a private equity team in Düsseldorf. You’ll build financial models, value opportunities, and assist with acquisitions, due diligence, and execution. You will prepare investment memoranda and present to the investment committee, while contributing to market analysis and portfolio management. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced real estate PE environment with impact on deal sourcing and asset strategy.

• Analyse real estate investment opportunities and perform financial modelling and valuations
• Support acquisitions, due diligence, and transaction execution
• Prepare investment memoranda and investment committee presentations
• Conduct market research to inform investment decisions
• Support portfolio management and ongoing asset oversight

• Excellent academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• Native-level or professional fluency in German and English (written and spoken) – mandatory
• Previous internship experience in investment banking or at a top-tier private equity firm – mandatory
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Experience in real estate private equity, M&A, or real estate investment banking is highly desirable
