Investment Analytics Analyst (m/f/d)

Your role

As an Investment Analytics Analyst, you will make an important contribution to the quality and timeliness of our asset data, analyses and reporting. You will ensure that ongoing changes in assets are recorded correctly, key figures are plausibility-checked and accounting-relevant matters are processed reliably.

You will work closely with the relevant interface teams and take responsibility for actively driving topics forward – both within your own team and in collaboration with investment teams.

Your responsibilities

• You will process ongoing changes in assets on a daily basis.
• You will analyse and plausibility-check results and relevant key figures, such as Net Asset Value (NAV) and multiples.
• You will carry out checks on asset data capture, particularly the so-called alerts.
• You will support the connection and monitoring of bank interfaces.
• You will analyse technical error messages, derive possible causes and help implement suitable solutions.
• You will actively involve all relevant interface teams in accounting-relevant matters.
• You will take responsibility not only for processing incoming topics, but also proactively identify the information and coordination required.
• You will challenge existing processes and continuously develop processes, controls and ways of working.

Your profile

You work carefully, think analytically and enjoy handling complex matters in a structured way. Ideally, you will bring the following qualifications and characteristics to the role:

• Complete Fluency in German (C1, C2) both written and spoken, and good English skills
• A completed degree or vocational qualification in economics, finance, business administration, business informatics or a comparable subject
• Initial professional experience (ideally 2–3 years) in investment controlling, portfolio or wealth reporting, fund administration, data management or a comparable analytical role
• An interest in capital markets, wealth structures and different asset classes
• Confidence working with figures and a good understanding of key figures and how to plausibility-check them
• A strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn about systems and technical interfaces
• Ideally, initial experience with QPLIX or comparable portfolio, reporting or wealth management systems
