Investment Associate - Private Equity

We're partnering with an established mid-market private equity investor to appoint an Investment Associate to its investment team in Munich.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 2-4 years of experience gained in top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking or private equity , looking to transition into or further develop their investing career.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and execute investment opportunities across a range of sectors.
• Perform commercial and financial analysis, valuation and due diligence.
• Support transaction execution from origination through closing.
• Work closely with portfolio companies on value creation initiatives.
• Prepare investment materials for internal decision-making.

Profile:

• 2-4 years of experience in a leading strategy consulting firm, investment bank or private equity fund.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent commercial judgement and problem-solving ability.
• Outstanding academic background.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in investing.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are advantageous.
