M&A Associate – Berlin

We are currently partnering with a dynamic, independent advisory platform looking to grow its M&A team in Berlin.

The team advises on mid-market transactions across SaaS, Software, and Industrial/tech-enabled businesses , working closely with founders, entrepreneurs, and investors on both sell-side and buy-side mandates across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Execution of end-to-end M&A transactions (sell-side, buy-side, capital raises)
• Financial modelling, valuation, and preparation of client materials
• Coordinating due diligence processes and managing key stakeholders
• Supporting senior bankers in client interaction and deal origination

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant M&A advisory experience (investment banking / boutique)
• Exposure to technology and/or industrial sectors (SaaS, Software, Industrials)
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
• Fluent in German and English
