M&A Associate – Munich

(Technology / Software / Industrial sectors)

We are currently working with a well-established, independent advisory platform looking to further strengthen its M&A team in Munich.

The team focuses on mid-market transactions across SaaS, Software, and Industrial/tech-enabled businesses , advising founders, corporates, and financial sponsors on both sell-side and buy-side mandates across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of full-cycle M&A transactions (sell-side, buy-side, capital raises)
• Financial modelling, valuation, and preparation of high-quality client materials
• Managing due diligence processes and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Supporting senior team members in client interaction and origination efforts

Your Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant M&A advisory experience (investment banking / boutique)
• Experience in technology and/or industrial sectors (SaaS, Software, Industrials)
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skillset
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a lean team
• Fluent in German and English
