Corporate Finance is organised through global products and regional client coverage spanning different geographies and industry focused teams which include Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT), and Consumer.

• Supporting wider teams in the coverage effort of key Consumer or TMT accounts.
• Coordinating and assisting in origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions with clients.
• Conducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis and financial modelling.
• In both origination and execution projects, taking responsibility to communicate with clients, other advisers and senior investment bankers.
• Utilise sector knowledge to guide production of materials presented to clients and assisting Country and Product bankers on opportunities relating to Consumer or TMT sector.
• Responsible for helping to develop and mentor team members.
  Relevant Broking and Corporate Finance experience across advisory and capital market products within the TMT or Consumer coverage sector.
• Proven execution skills, complex deal understanding and structuring capabilities in M&A, Leverage Finance and ECM.
• Strong analytical approach combined with creative problem-solving abilities.
• High levels of initiative and ingenuity, high pro-activity levels and drive.
• Effective organisational skills - the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills.
• Able to drive and influence senior, cross-functional and cross-regional deal teams, interfacing with multiple business partners across business lines and regions.
