The Investment Manager will work alongside lead investors — including family offices, private equity firms and management teams — on buyout transactions (MBOs, MBIs and OBOs), structuring financing solutions with co-investors and lending partners.BayBG has a well-established deal flow across Bavaria and a strong reputation as a reliable co-investor.
