Investment Manager Infrastructure Equity Transactions (m|f|d)

In this role you will act as the execution engine for MEAG Infrastructure Equity, building and quality‑checking integrated financial and project finance models to underpin investment decisions. You will run valuations, scenario analyses and manage the end‑to‑end transaction process, coordinating due diligence and steering internal and external stakeholders. You will prepare IC materials, support structuring and negotiation of deal documents, and ensure a smooth post‑closing handover to asset management. • Build and quality‑assure integrated financial and project finance models (cash flow, returns, capital structure, tax)
• Run valuations and scenario, sensitivity and stress analyses (DCF, comps, precedent transactions)
• Manage the transaction process end to end: timetable, workstreams, data room, issue log, IC calendar
• Coordinate full due diligence (commercial, technical, financial, tax, insurance, legal, ESG) and align external advisors and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and quality‑check investment committee materials; support structuring and negotiation of term sheets, SPA, financing
• Support post‑closing handover to asset management and monitor market and regulatory trends across four investment themes

• Degree in finance, economics, engineering or related field
• 4 to 8 years of relevant infra/private equity, investment banking, corporate finance or transaction advisory experience
• Strong financial and project finance modelling skills; Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; VBA; familiarity with AI tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot) is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive a transaction to closing under deadlines
• Hands‑on, ownership mindset with clear communication to align advisors, co‑investors and internal stakeholders
• Fluent English; German valued or willingness to learn; additional European language is a plus
