Requirements

  • We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Investor Relations Analyst to join our dynamic coverage team at Moonfare in Berlin
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to gain exposure to private markets, deepen their financial expertise, and contribute to a fast-growing fintech transforming access to private equity, venture capital, and alternative investments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in finance, investment management, private markets, wealth management, or a related area
  • Fluent in English and either French or Dutch (native proficiency in both French and Dutch preferred), with strong written and verbal skills
  • Strong interest in private markets (private equity, venture capital, alternatives) and portfolio construction
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work with complex data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly convey insights
  • Eagerness to learn, take ownership of tasks, and contribute in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

What the job involves

  • In this role, you will support our client-facing Investor Relations team, helping deliver insights and guidance to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), ultra-high-net-worth investors (UHNWIs), and family offices
  • Support the region’s Investor Relations team in managing client relationships, helping deliver a high-quality experience to HNWIs, UHNWIs, and family offices
  • Assist in preparing client materials, including investment memos, portfolio updates, reports, and presentations
  • Conduct market and investment research to support portfolio insights and client communications
  • Help track investor outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline management for private equity fundraising initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Account Management, to improve investor experience and internal processes
  • Identify opportunities to learn and contribute to revenue growth, such as supporting upsell or cross-sell initiatives
  • Co-ordinate new business development and client outreach initiatives across the broader France & Benelux region
