Investor Relations Manager

Stellenbeschreibung:

Develop and communicate Uniper's equity story to target audiences
Communicate with relevant capital market participants, including buy-side and sell-side analysts and institutional investors
Promote transparency and appropriate expectations regarding business development and strategy
Provide outside-in analyses, including peer benchmarks, for Uniper decision-makers
Participate in internal decision-making processes and projects, including strategy and financial reporting
Prepare capital market presentations and speeches for the board
Prepare and deliver capital market events with the board, including analyst calls, international roadshows, capital markets days, and deep dives

Requirements

Master's degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable university degree with an economics background
At least three years of professional experience in investor relations, strategy, or a comparable controlling, finance, or accounting function in a listed company
High interest in and good knowledge of capital markets
Good knowledge of corporate valuation and financial reporting, including multiples, DCF, P&L analysis, and cash flow
Ability to work and present effectively across internal corporate interfaces and hierarchy levels
Sound knowledge of the energy sector and/or ESG topics, with a high willingness to learn
Creativity in translating strategic, financial, and operational facts into capital-market-oriented messages and presentations
Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent English skills
Communication and presentation skills, confident external appearance, persuasiveness, commitment, and enthusiasm
Willingness to travel for business, including roadshows and conferences
Sense of humor
