Investor Relations Manager (m/f/d)

As Investor Relations Manager, you shape and communicate Symrise’s equity story and act as a trusted link between senior management, investors, and analysts. You will support IR strategy, coordinate investor materials, and organize capital market activities. You collaborate with Finance and other functions to ensure clear financial communication and regulatory compliance. • Support development and execution of the investor relations strategy and equity story
• Serve as primary contact for investors, analysts, and capital market stakeholders
• Prepare and coordinate investor-facing materials (earnings presentations, reports, Q&A, management briefings)
• Organize and contribute to roadshows, investor meetings, earnings calls, conferences, Capital Markets Days, and AGM
• Collaborate with Finance and other functions on quarterly reporting, financial communication, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor market developments, peer activity, analyst expectations, and investor feedback for management insights
• Maintain and enhance IR channels and databases, including the IR website

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field
• Several years of experience in Investor Relations or capital markets environment
• Knowledge of financial markets, valuation, financial reporting, and capital market regulations
• Ability to translate complex financial topics into clear, investor-ready communication
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to create insightful analyses and presentations
• Fluency in English and German
