Investor Relations Manager (m/f/d)

As Investor Relations Manager at Symrise, you shape and communicate the company’s equity story to investors and analysts, serving as a trusted interface to capital markets. You work closely with the Head of Investor Relations to develop strategy, produce investor materials, and coordinate capital market activities. Your insights inform management on market developments and regulatory requirements. This role offers the chance to influence how Symrise is perceived by the investment community and to contribute to sustainable, growth-driven communication.

• Support development and execution of the IR strategy and equity story
• Maintain and expand relationships with investors, analysts, and capital market stakeholders
• Coordinate investor-facing materials (earnings decks, reports, Q&A, management briefings)
• Organize and support capital market activities (roadshows, investor meetings, earnings calls, conferences, CM Days, AGM)
• Collaborate with Finance and other functions on quarterly reporting and regulatory requirements
• Monitor market developments, peer activity, and investor feedback for management insights
• Maintain and develop IR channels and databases (IR website)

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Several years of experience in Investor Relations or capital markets environment
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, valuation, financial reporting, and capital market regulations
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear investor-ready communication
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and strong presentation capabilities
• Fluent in English and German
• Independent, collaborative, with strong analytical and detail orientation
• CIRO qualification would be beneficial
