Investor Relations Manager with a Focus on Compliance (d/f/m)

In this role you drive the company’s investor relations and capital markets outreach, collaborating with the Executive Board, Finance, and Legal teams to enhance transparency, compliance, and corporate reputation for a listed company. You will shape strategies for analysts and investors, support reporting and investor events, and ensure compliant disclosure. The role combines governance, external engagement, and careful orchestration of capital market communications to protect and grow shareholder value.

• Develop and execute investor relations activities targeting analysts, institutional investors, and capital market participants
• Support the preparation of quarterly, half-year, and annual reports and capital market presentations
• Organize and coordinate Annual General Meetings, Capital Market Days, and other capital market events
• Manage and enhance the Investor Relations website
• Ensure compliance with capital markets disclosure and transparency requirements for a listed company
• Contribute to corporate governance, compliance, and capital market policy development
• Analyze capital market and competitor information and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal departments, external advisors, and regulatory authorities

• University degree or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in investor relations, compliance, corporate governance, capital markets law, or similar environment
• Sound understanding of capital markets, compliance, and corporate governance topics
• Structured, analytical, and responsible work style
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
