IO Psychology Consultant (Fully Remote)

• Lead and contribute to science aspects of projects including job analysis and assessment design.
• Manage client relationships, delivering insights and visualizations like validation studies and impact analyses.
• Utilize AI tools to elevate work quality and optimize project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Masters or Ph.D. in IO Psychology with 3+ years consulting experience in assessments.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (R, SPSS, Tableau, Excel) and EEO compliance knowledge.
• Ability to communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences.
