Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will own software solution architecture across multiple architecture categories and ensure its alignment with enterprise and data architecture standards. You will design and build, maintain the integrity, and deliver IS solutions and services to business. You will consult, advise, and support on installation of new or changes to existing IS solutions/services. The main accountabilities are:

• Using Ansible (AWX/AAP), Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines to optimize operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Developing infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and Bicep to enable scalable, repeatable, and version-controlled infrastructure provisioning across cloud (Azure) and on-premises environments.
• Leading end-to-end automation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and stakeholder alignment from conception through production deployment.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IS solution architects, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders, to define technical solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.

Qualifications for The Role

• Highly skilled in infrastructure automation technologies (Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines) and DevOps methodologies, with proven experience in enterprise environments.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure automation or DevOps engineering.
• First experiences with AI and agents.
• Passionate about working with, maintaining, and configuring diverse Linux environments.
• Proficient in Python, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and PowerShell.
• Passionate about cloud technologies (Azure), infrastructure-as-code practices, and continuous improvement of IT service delivery.
• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Business-fluent German skills and fluent English skills.
• Hold a current valid work permit and reside in Germany.
