IT Administration (m/f/d)

• You support our colleagues with IT issues of all kinds and serve as their first point of contact in support
• You assist the IT team with migrations, rollouts, and the implementation of new systems
• You participate in setting up, configuring, and installing computer systems for colleagues as well as for demo and test applications
• You document basic IT processes and assist with organizational IT tasks
• You support user administration, e.g., creating and maintaining accounts, access rights, and permissions
• You help with the inventory and maintenance of IT hardware and software, e.g., notebooks, monitors, or licenses

What You Ideally Bring:

• You are a student in a program such as Computer Science, Business Informatics, Media Informatics, or comparable
• You have a basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and operating systems, particularly Microsoft Windows
• You have initial experience or interest in IT support, e.g., through studies, part-time work, or private IT projects
• You have basic knowledge of user and rights management, e.g., accounts, access rights, ideally M365
• Your working style is thorough, structured, and goal-oriented
• You speak German fluently
