IT Administrator (m/f/d) – Focus on Systems & Security

You make sure our IT runs smoothly and securely — without overcomplication. From supporting colleagues to improving our systems, you help create a reliable and modern IT environment. You’ll work closely with all teams and have real ownership over how our IT evolves.

What you’ll do

Keep things running

• Maintain our IT systems, network, and workplace setups
• Support colleagues with day-to-day IT issues
• Ensure stable and secure operations

Take care of our tools & systems

• Manage Microsoft 365 (users, access, basic security)
• Support our servers and virtualization setup (Proxmox)
• Keep systems updated, backed up, and reliable

Improve IT & security (step by step)

• Help strengthen our IT security practices
• Support audits, risk checks, and improvements
• Contribute to simple, practical security standards (no bureaucracy overload)

Support business applications

• Help run and improve our ERP system
• Work with teams to simplify workflows and tools

Dein Profil

• Experience in IT administration or a similar role
• Solid understanding of networks, systems, and cloud tools (e.g. Microsoft 365)
• A practical mindset: you solve problems instead of overengineering
• Interest in IT security (no need to be an expert yet)
• Exposure to IT security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001)
• Experience with ERP systems
• Good communication skills and a hands‑on attitude
