In this role, you will analyze and translate current processes, applications, and infrastructure into actionable IT architecture and strategy. You will design modern target architectures with focus on scalability, security, performance and reliability, and guide migrations. You’ll support agile teams with DevOps practices and CI/CD adoption, contributing to strategic IT projects. • Analyze existing processes, application landscapes and infrastructures to inform technical consulting
• Conceive IT and software strategies and migration roadmaps for target architectures
• Create architecture concepts addressing scalability, security, performance, and reliability
• Advise on and implement architecture-focused initiatives in strategic IT projects
• Provide technical support to agile development teams and drive DevOps and CI/CD adoption
• Collaborate with developers to identify practical, eye‑level solutions

• Several years of experience in architecture solutions within a consulting environment
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex technical scenarios and communicate clearly
• Experience with machine learning, DevOps and agile IT architectures
• "Hands on" mentality and ability to work at eye level with developers
• Willingness for continuous training and knowledge transfer
• Very good German and good English skills
• Willingness to travel
