IT Business Analyst (m/f/d)

For our IT Organization at our Burbach site, we are looking for a qualified candidate to join us.

Your responsibilities:

Partner with business departments to analyze requirements and deliver innovative IT solutions
Analyze, model, and optimize business processes using BPMN standards
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of business processes within existing IT systems
Prepare functional specifications, user documentation, training materials, and work instructions
Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new software solutions
Monitor project progress, support software releases, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience as an IT Business Analyst or IT Project Manager
Experience in business process analysis and optimization using BPMN
Solid knowledge of project management, including resource, schedule, and risk management
Experience creating functional specifications, user documentation, and training materials
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English; German is an advantage
