IT Business Partner Front Office

We are looking for an IT Business Partner Front Office to support the Astara Platform used across our dealer network. The position is based in Flörsheim am Main, with a flexible home‑working policy and regular travel by car to dealers.

As the key operational link between business users, dealers, and the IT Strategy & Transformation team, you will ensure smooth day‑to‑day usage of the platform, resolve functional issues, translate business needs into system enhancements, and drive user adoption and process excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day functional support to internal business users and dealers on the Astara Platform.
• Register and manage incidents and requests, ensuring clear documentation and first‑time‑right resolution.
• Guide users with “how‑to” questions and ensure correct system and process usage.
• Collect, analyse and document new business requirements and improvement requests.
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of implemented changes.
• Communicate new functionalities and system updates to the business and dealerships.
• Identify training needs and facilitate training sessions where required.
• Act as an ambassador of the Astara Platform and deepen process and system knowledge continuously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level education or equivalent through experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in an ERP‑driven, process‑driven environment.
• Experience with Salesforce (preferably) or extensive experience on any other CRM platform is essential.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP or another ERP system (e.g., MS Dynamics, Business Central, F&O) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of B2B wholesales & distribution processes; automotive distribution knowledge is a strong asset.
• Analytical, structured work style with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in German and strong command of English.
• Self‑starter with good communication skills.
