IT Business Partner (m/w/d)

As an IT Business Partner, you translate business strategy into a value-driven IT roadmap and act as the primary liaison for business leaders on IT topics. You shape demand and portfolio management, ensuring proper scoping, prioritization, funding, and staffing. You sponsor key IT projects, oversee progress, and drive UAT and go-live readiness. You analyze processes and KPIs to drive compliant, secure, and sustainable digital improvements. You work in a dynamic, cross-functional, regulated healthcare environment, contributing to smarter, safer healthcare through technology.

• Translate business strategy into IT demand and project roadmap for assigned units
• Serve as primary IT liaison for business leaders, capturing requirements and opportunities
• Steer demand and portfolio management, ensuring scope, prioritization, funding and staffing
• Co-sponsor key IT projects, monitor scope/budget/timeline, and drive UAT and change management
• Analyze processes, services, and KPIs to derive improvement measures with focus on compliance, information security, and digitalization

• Several years of experience as IT Business Partner, IT Consultant, Product Owner, or equivalent in a regulated environment (healthcare)
• Strong academic degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration with IT focus, or related field
• Deep understanding of business/IT architectures, applications, infrastructure, integration, and security
• Proficient with project/product management methods/tools (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall, Jira, Confluence, MS 365)
• Fluent German and business-proficient English
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, analytical and conceptual mindset, value/outcome orientation
