Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, WMS, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics or related business systems. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess business impacts, evaluate solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in SQL and database query tools is required for data analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, and validation of business requirements.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar analytics platforms is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, data models, and enterprise application architectures. Basic Python scripting skills for data analysis and automation are a plus.
• Fluent in English and the local market language. Chinese language skills are considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and operational requirements within the assigned domain.
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to design and implement effective technology solutions.
• Validate proposed solutions and ensure they meet business requirements, operational needs, and user expectations.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate business validation activities, and support successful solution deployment.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation, system operation manuals, training materials, and user guides.
• Provide functional support, user training, and ongoing system administration for business‑critical applications.
• Manage and support key business systems including CRM, Digital Marketing Platforms, Dealer Systems, API integrations, and related business applications.
