IT Consultant – Finance & Contribution Management

Responsibilities

• Advising and supporting clients on functional questions related to our software solutions in the finance and contribution management area
• Analyzing client requirements and developing practical solution concepts
• Assisting with the implementation and optimization of our software solutions
• Conducting training sessions and workshops for clients
• Planning, coordinating and executing internal and external projects
• Preparing training materials, documentation and presentations

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a commercial apprenticeship
• Initial professional experience in consulting, customer support, or project management is an advantage
• Confident presence with strong communication and presentation skills
• Enjoyment in conveying knowledge and delivering training
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Analytical thinking and an understanding of business processes
• Strong customer focus and ability to work in a team
• Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
