Join our dynamic, globally connected Finance IT team for our SHAPE+ transformation program and help shape the future of financial systems and processes at DHL. We are driven, curious and highly delivery oriented, operating in a highly visible, dynamic project environment.

Your tasks as IT Domain Architect Shape+

Architecting the functional landscape by mapping business capabilities to system components across SAP RISE & GROW, 3rd party, and legacy platforms
Ensuring end-to-end visibility of business capabilities and their execution across system components (Integrated Toolchain)
Collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize finance value streams and design tailored IT solutions based on the SAP “Clean Core” architecture
Defining and executing the Finance Platform Strategy, introducing innovative technologies while phasing out legacy systems
Supporting the transition to new SaaS operating models, including integration, data ownership, and service management
Leading architectural discussions with internal teams and external SaaS suppliers, ensuring architectural consistency, scalability, and compliance
Creating and maintaining architecture documentation in line with IT GF Enterprise Architecture and SAP best practices
Identifying architectural risks and opportunities, and driving resolution in alignment with program goals

Your profile

Extensive experience (5+ years) in large-scale finance or ERP transformation programs
Ability to see the big picture, mapping business capabilities to system components and ensuring architectural traceability
Deep understanding of SAP ecosystems, third-party integrations, and legacy systems, with a strong grasp of functional architecture principles
Experience designing solutions for both SAP/4 HANA Private and Public Cloud environments
Proven experience in SaaS transformation projects, including working with SaaS vendors and adapting to new operating models
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience in engaging with external suppliers and cross-functional teams
A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset and proven project management capabilities in leading SAP implementation projects
Fluency in English; German is a plus
