IT Generalist, Digitalization, AI Automation

Responsibilities

• You develop AI-supported workflows and automations for our consulting business — e.g., for automated data extraction from project documents, preparing client data, or linking our tools together.
• You integrate AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Make, n8n, Python scripts) into existing workflows around Google Workspace, HubSpot, and our specialist software.
• You evaluate new tools and technologies and introduce them when they provide real added value.
• You document your solutions so the team can understand and further develop them.
• You maintain and develop our CRM system (HubSpot) — from workflows and automations to reporting.
• You provide technical support for our website: implementing integrations, minor enhancements, and occasional content updates in coordination with the team.
• You manage our Workspace environment: user and license administration, onboarding new colleagues, and basic IT security and data protection.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in an IT field — or equivalent, solid self-acquired knowledge.
• Practical experience with automation tools such as Make, n8n, Zapier, or comparable platforms.
• Experience working with AI tools and a good sense of where they provide real value — and where they don't.
• Knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot — or willingness to learn quickly.
• Basic knowledge of web administration (e.g., WordPress) and technical integrations (APIs, webhooks).
• Familiar with Google Workspace as a working environment.
• Basic knowledge of data protection, particularly GDPR.
• Structured, independent working style — you find pragmatic solutions without waiting for perfect specifications.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit: you can explain technical topics clearly to non-technical colleagues.
