Team Lead (m/f/d) IT Infrastructure & Security Services

As Team Lead (m/f/d) for IT Infrastructure & Security Services , you and your team will act as the central point of contact for these technologies at one of our sitesin Hamburg, Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt, Leipzig or Stuttgart.

Together with your team, you will ensure the smooth operation of our clients’ IT environments in the areas of networking, data centres and security. In addition to your technical role, your focus will be on mentoring and leading your team, as well as collaborating with the other Team Leads (m/f/d). You will drive process optimisation within the avodaq Service Centre (ASC) for these technologies and support the Infrastructure & Security Manager (m/f/d).

• You’ll be a manager and mentor for the team(m/f/d).In this role,youduprovide regular feedback,conduct performance reviewsandtake care ofstaff training andprofessional development of yoursteam’ss.
• Together with your team, you’ll support oursupport andManagedserviceclientsin the areas of networking, data centres and enterprise securitythrough the professional handling and processing of theirenquiriesto 2 nd &3 rd -levellevel.To this end, you’ll be workingdcloselywith your team,CiscoTAC and other manufacturerstogether.
• You’ll be responsible for process and technology development within the Infrastructure & Security Services division. You’ll also supportyoua team in the development and roll-out of new service products in the Infrastructure & Security sector.
• You define standardsand ensure effective knowledge management.
• You’ll work closely with the other team leads(m/f/d)in the Services, Infrastructure & Securityin collaboration.
• As a team, you will support life-cycle projects and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with SLAs.
• You’ll play an active role in shaping our collaboration with our clients,identify opportunities for improvementand develop creative solutions.

What sets you apart

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an IT specialist(m/f/d)in system integration, or as an IT systems administrator(m/f/d)or a comparable degree.
• Ideallyyou have at least5 years’ professional experience in the field of infrastructureand/or security, technical expertise at consultant leveland, if possible,a CiscoCCNP Enterprise, Datacentre and/or Securitycertification.ITILFoundationKnowledgeHowcomplementsda profile.
• Commitment and initiative come naturally to you.
• You have a structured, customer- and goal-oriented approach to your work.
• You are willing to take responsibility for your team members beyond your own technical area(m/f/d)to take on.
• Good communication skills and a confident manner come naturally to you.
• Fluent German (min. C1) and very good English (min. B2).
• You hold a Class B driving licence.
