The nonprofit BVZ GmbH is one of the largest independent operators of childcare centers in the Frankfurt area. With nearly 150 facilities, more than 2,200 dedicated employees, and over 6,000 childcare spots for children aged three months to twelve years, we guide and support children and families throughout Frankfurt. We are looking for a new team member for our office in Gallus.

As Head of IT and Digitalization, you'll shape the way we work tomorrow. You'll further develop our IT and digitalization strategy, connect people and systems, and prepare our organization for the future. Does this sound like the right role for you? You'll further develop the IT and Digitalization
strategy and set priorities in collaboration with management and IT Operations

You'll evaluate new technologies and further develop our data strategy for future agents and autonomous models

You'll further develop our communication, collaboration, and Wi-Fi/LAN strategies

You'll design practical IT processes, guidelines, and standards

You will establish knowledge-sharing formats and ensure that information reaches its intended audience

What you bring to the table:

• A degree in computer science or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in IT leadership and transformation
• Strong ability to develop and implement strategic concepts
• Excellent knowledge of IT architectures and cloud services
• Strong affinity for innovation and data strategies
• Strong communication skills, a structured approach to work, a confident demeanor, and reliability in action
