IT Network Administrator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Organizing system deployments and maintenance work in the IT infrastructure environment
Contributing to concepts for future-proof IT system architectures
Supporting cluster and redundancy solutions to ensure high availability
Developing specifications and integrating new IT solutions into existing systems
Administering lifecycle, patch, and release management in server, telecommunications, or network environments
Using system monitoring and control programs
Providing second-level support and assistance with troubleshooting
Ensuring quality, documentation, and compliance with IT guidelines (ITIL)

Your Profile:

Completed specialized vocational training, preferably as an IT specialist in system integration
Very good knowledge of IT networks, telecommunications/UC systems, and IT security
Several years of professional experience in IT network administration
Extensive experience in implementing high-availability concepts
Solid ITIL knowledge and a proven ability to work according to defined IT processes and guidelines
Strong service and customer orientation, as well as confident communication with specialist departments
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Ability to work in a team, resilience, and an independent, solution-oriented approach to work
