Job Overview

For the Michelin Reifenwerke AG & Co. KGaA at the Landau (Pfalz) site, we are looking for an IT-Onsite Support (alle).

Employment type: Unbefristet | Vollzeit | Normalschicht | Gleitzeit.

Responsibilities

• Update PCs of onsite users and provide hardware and services. Offer local support for business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical support for system, network and office automation for colleagues at the Landau site. Resolve complex problems and process support requests in a timely manner. Contribute to IT security of the site by applying corporate security rules.
• Record IT requests from site users, hand them to specialist teams and coordinate the process until a solution is achieved.

Qualifications

• Completed training as IT-system-electronics technician or IT-specialist with multiple years of experience or equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of OS administration for various Windows versions and ideally knowledge of .NET-Framework based software development.
• Initiative, independent work, team player.
• German (C2) and English (B1) in speaking and writing. French (B1) a plus.
• Availability for occasional on-call duties.
