IT Program Manager

As IT Program Manager, you will oversee end-to-end execution of federal IT contracts, serving as the main liaison between the agency and contractor. You will develop and maintain key program artifacts (PMP, MSRs, PMRs), coordinate across geographically dispersed teams, and drive risk management and performance to meet agency expectations. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration in a complex security-clearance environment. You’ll shape program delivery and ensure compliance with federal requirements, delivering tangible impact for mission-critical IT initiatives.

• Lead contract execution and ensure agency requirements are met
• Serve as primary point of contact for the agency’s CO and COR
• Develop and maintain PMP, MSRs, and PMRs
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and task prioritization across multiple locations
• Manage risk, quality assurance, and issue resolution across all workstreams

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field
• 10+ years of program/project management experience managing federal IT contracts and deliverables
• PMP certification
• Security Clearance: Secret
