IT Project Manager, 40–60% remote

Responsibilities

• Project responsibility from A to Z: planning, controlling and successful delivery of IT projects, from kickoff to go-live
• Quality and budget management: ensuring project success by adhering to quality standards, budgets and deadlines
• Team leadership: motivating and coordinating cross-functional teams, both internal and external
• Stakeholder management: transparent communication and regular reporting to all project stakeholders
• Hands‑on mentality: actively contributing to solution implementation in close collaboration with the business units

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT project management, ideally with leadership responsibility
• Solid knowledge of the development and integration of application systems, interfaces and business processes
• Experience with agile project management methods (Scrum, Kanban)
• Analytical thinking and a good understanding of complex IT system landscapes
• Strong communication skills at all levels, from developer teams to C‑level
• Structured, solution‑oriented and pragmatic working style
