IT Project Manager (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers

In this role you own the delivery of enterprise SaaS projects from start to go-live and hypercare, coordinating governance, risks, and executive reporting. You lead external vendors and SI partners in a multi-vendor setup, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables aligned with budgets and scope. You manage SaaS implementations and integrations across ERP, CRM, Finance, and HR with cloud-first, API-driven patterns, while collaborating with senior leaders across regions. You’ll drive AI-powered capabilities and maintain data governance, contributing to a sustainable, tech-enabled telecom future.

• Own end-to-end delivery of small-to-medium SaaS projects from initiation to hypercare
• Govern external vendors and SI partners, ensuring deliverables, timelines, quality, and SLAs
• Manage implementation, data flows, and integration patterns for SaaS solutions with cloud-first architectures
• Collaborate across a multicultural, distributed environment, aligning business, IT, finance, and vendors; communicate with ExCo
• Drive adoption of AI-powered capabilities and intelligent automation with governance
• Maintain budget, contract, and scope control with a hands-on, execution-focused approach

• 5–7 years of project management experience, preferably IT or business systems implementations
• Proven track record with third-party vendors and cross-functional, multi-country teams in the EU
• Hands-on SaaS implementations or migrations experience; solid knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Knowledge of SaaS architecture and integration approaches (APIs, middleware, iPaaS)
• Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and data architecture; exposure to AI-powered knowledge systems or intelligent workflows
• Ability to translate complex data/AI concepts into practical project outcomes and collaborate with data scientists, architects, and AI vendors
