IT Project/Program Manager

In this role you drive strategic technology initiatives across Corporate IS and Manufacturing Operations, shaping the digital infrastructure that supports global teams. You will lead end-to-end IT projects from scope to implementation, partner with cross-functional teams, and establish scalable governance. You handle changes, risks, and stakeholder alignment to deliver high-impact deployments and process improvements. • Spearhead end-to-end technology initiatives from concept to launch (network, server, software enhancements, system integration)
• Build and refine standardized PM processes, tools, and governance with cross-functional teams
• Create integrated project blueprints including budgets, resources, schedules, test scenarios, and milestones
• Drive change management and risk mitigation with contingency planning
• Foster strong cross-departmental and external partner relationships ensuring transparent delivery alignment

• 5 to 7 years of experience leading cross-functional project teams in complex IT or operational environments
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, change management, and project governance tools
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership with a track record of influencing diverse groups
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities; capable of working independently
