IT Security Coordinator (m/w/d)

Our Munich based client is an international customer experience agency working with premium brands across print, digital and customer engagement .

As part of the publishing team, you will coordinate advertising bookings for premium print and digital publications. You will be the key contact between international sales, editorial, production, marketing and finance , making sure campaigns run smoothly and deadlines are met.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and reliable team player who enjoys working in an international environment, communicating with different stakeholders and managing several projects at the same time.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate international advertising campaigns across premium print and digital publications
• Keep bookings, placements and deadlines organised and up to date
• Be the main contact for international sales teams, agencies and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate advertising materials and make sure everything is delivered on time
• Handle order confirmations, voucher copies and related documentation
• Support the invoicing process together with Finance
• Work closely with Editorial, Design and Production to keep publication workflows running smoothly

Qualifikation

• First experience in media, publishing, advertising or project coordination
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable juggling several tasks
• Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on mindset
• Enjoy working with international teams and different departments
• Fluent German and English
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• CRM or publishing tools are a plus
