Your Tasks

• Provide first and second-level customer support.
• Conduct product installation and training at customer sites.
• Perform error analysis in collaboration with system developers.
• Create and update documentation and manuals.
• Develop test specifications based on software requirement documents.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in computer science or a related field.
• At least two years of practical experience in IT system support and customer service, preferably including system integration , system testing , or software development .
• Strong communication skills for working with customers and system developers.
• Programming knowledge in JAVA , C++ , or C# ; experience with databases like Oracle and PostgreSQL is advantageous.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Windows Server, Linux ).
• Desirable but not essential: experience with networks , virtualization , scripting , and monitoring .
• Fluency of German and English .
