IT Service Technician (m/f/d) full-time or part-time. The position is initially temporary. Your Profile:

• Successfully completed vocational training in the IT field or comparable qualifications
• Ideally, professional experience in IT support or a similar position
• Solid knowledge of installing and maintaining IT systems
• MSA, MCP, or MCSE certification is a plus
• Basic knowledge of network administration and network security
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good written and spoken German skills (at least C1 level)
• Class B driver's license

Your responsibilities include:

• Serve as the central point of contact and coordinator for our IT infrastructure
• Resolve issues through 1st and 2nd level support or, if necessary, escalate them to external partners
• Procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components
• Monitoring of our IT systems and proactive identification of problems
• All telecommunications
• Documentation and management of all IT resources (inventory)
• Preparation of contracts for hardware and software and monitoring of these contracts
• Planning and implementation of our IT projects, including those with our district associations
