WE ARE LOOKING FOR an IT Service and Incident Manager (m/f/d)

Part-time or full-time (20 hours or more per week)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Designing effective controls: Coordination, maintenance, and further development of controls and security-related measures.
  • Tracking measures: Steering, monitoring, reporting, and escalation to ensure transparent implementation.
  • Reliably verifying effectiveness: Conducting regular reviews of the control framework and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Providing professional support for audits: Planning and documenting internal ISMS audits, as well as coordinating external audits.
  • Sustainably improve service processes: Responsibility for ITIL-based IT service processes with a focus on security.
  • Deliver substantive reporting: Management-oriented reporting on risks, controls, audits, and measures.
  • Further developing tools from a technical perspective: Technical ownership of Matrix42, including data quality, process mapping, and reporting.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree or training in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT service management, ideally including IT incident management
  • Knowledge of IT management frameworks, particularly ITIL (ITIL 4 certification preferred)
  • Experience working with Matrix42 or comparable ESM tools
  • Familiarity with relevant standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27031, BSI, and KRITIS
  • Experience in IT project management
  • Strong initiative, assertiveness, and a proactive approach to work
  • On-call availability
  • Fluent German and good English skills
