Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

• Providing support to our users
• Actively working in first- and second-level support
• Administration of mobile devices (scanners, printers, copiers, smartphones) as well as PCs, Windows servers, laptops, monitors, and parts of our network
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues or coordinating solutions
• Granting access rights
• Resource management (configuration and maintenance)
• Performing updates and migrations, as well as installing hardware and software components

Job Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

• A successfully completed vocational training program, ideally in the field of IT / computer science
• Initial professional experience in the IT field
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Quick learner and flexible
