• Hours: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Planning, installation, and configuration of IT systems and networks
• Administration and maintenance of servers, clients, and IT infrastructures
• Analysis and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
• Support for the implementation of new IT solutions and systems
• User assistance and support (1st and 2nd level support)
• Monitoring system performance and ensuring IT security
• Documentation of systems, processes, and changes
• Update management
• Backup management
• Monitoring of server services

Profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of operating systems
• Experience in network technology (TCP/IP, VLAN, firewall), VPN, and Wi‑Fi
• Basic knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies is a plus
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
• English language skills
• Excellent knowledge of: Windows Server & Active Directory, network technologies, M365/Azure environment, IT security and backup strategies
• Analytical, self‑motivated, and assertive
• Strong communication skills, team‑oriented, and well‑organized
