When you hear the words “network outage,” do you roll up your sleeves instead of panicking? Are you eager to actively help shape an IT landscape and optimize it so that all our IT systems always run securely and are state-of-the-art? Then we’re looking for you!

Your Responsibilities:

• Shaping the Future: You’ll implement internal IT projects—from developing solution strategies and setting priorities to providing user training.
• Security Expert: You’ll keep a watchful eye on our IT security, backups, and access control policies.
• Infrastructure Hero: You’ll manage and optimize the entire IT infrastructure at our production site (network, servers, hardware, software, cloud applications, Active Directory).
• Problem Solver: Of course, as part of second-level support, you’ll also assist our on-site colleagues with more complex IT issues in collaboration with our external service provider (first-level support).

Your Profile:

• Foundation: You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d), an IT Systems Technician, or hold a comparable qualification, and have some professional experience in IT administration and/or digitalization.
• Expertise: Very good knowledge of operating system administration (Microsoft), virtualization, and network technologies
• Language: Fluent in German; knowledge of English is ideal
• Mindset: You are characterized by a structured, solution-oriented approach to work and a genuine ability to work in a team. You enjoy supporting colleagues (m/f/d) because you can explain IT topics without resorting to “technical jargon.”
