IT Specialist (m/f/d)

As an IT Specialist at MT Aerospace, you will implement system and configuration requirements across dedicated IT environments. You will coordinate with projects, departments and suppliers to deliver reliable server, storage and network services. You’ll plan and manage installations, virtualization, Windows OS, and security-conscious operations while documenting systems and processes. This role supports critical space launcher programs by ensuring robust IT capabilities and compliance. • Implement system and configuration requirements in dedicated IT systems
• Coordinate with projects, specialist departments, public authorities, service providers and suppliers
• Plan, install, configure and administer server and storage systems, virtualization, Windows OS, network components, and client systems
• Prepare procurement processes with purchasing for hardware and software components
• Operate complex IT systems meeting client specifications with information security considerations; perform fault analysis and troubleshooting
• Document IT systems and processes in detail

• Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration (IHK) or a comparable qualification
• Several years’ professional experience as an IT systems engineer or IT administrator
• Experience in operating complex IT systems is desirable
• Experience in IT security; knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems is an advantage
