As an IT Strategy Consultant, you will provide strategic guidance on technology, AI adoption, and business transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business leaders and executive stakeholders to define AI roadmaps, governance frameworks, operating models, and compliance strategies that enable scalable and responsible AI adoption.

This role requires a strong blend of AI strategy expertise, governance knowledge, and insurance domain understanding to help organizations unlock business value while meeting evolving regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI use case identification, prioritization, and business case development
• Conduct AI maturity assessments and define transformation roadmaps
• Design and establish AI Centers of Excellence (CoE) and governance structures
• Develop AI operating models and enterprise adoption strategies
• Advise C-level stakeholders on AI strategy, innovation, and value realization
• Define responsible AI frameworks, ethics guidelines, and governance processes
• Support EU AI Act compliance, including:

Audit-ready documentation

Governance controls

Regulatory readiness

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption
• Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery frameworks for AI initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Insurance domain expertise across: First Notice of Loss (FNOL), Claims Management, Underwriting Processes, Policy Lifecycle Management
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance frameworks:
• Solvency II
• DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act)
• Experience serving as Proxy Product Owner on AI transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic consulting experience
