We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer for our client in Kaiserslautern, Germany . You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, hardware/software support, and ensuring smooth IT operations – both on-site and remotely.

What you’ll do:

2nd level desktop support for Windows/macOS users

Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues

• Keep ticketing system updated & users informed

What you bring:

2+ years IT support experience

Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent

Certifications: CompTIA A+, MCP (or higher)

Strong knowledge of Windows 10-11, AD, MS Office 365
